However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@alyusra.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items, but our team is always here to help resolve any concerns.
